A book i did for a project at college.
I was asked to do a cute lil Year-in-Review mini book using Elle's Studios' new chipboard albums!! They are yummy!! I did the first three months; January, February, and March...I covered both sides of the chipboard with pictures/favorite moments from each month...I used some yummy tags from Elle's shop, too! Thanks for peeking!
Recycled wrapping raffia attached to back cover page and tied around the front page. I added beads to the raffia.
One of my favorites from a circle journal I participated in. I am not a good circle journaler. I am selfish. I want to keep them all. Even other peoples. (I have never done that though, so don't go writin' my IP address down...*LOL*...)

So I am decorating for Thanksgiving this year. Here is one of the projects I have planned. You know how it is with plans... haha... but this one I actually accomplished. There are at least two more projects to complete. Wish me luck. I bought these letters at the craft store. They were plain papier-mâché letters that I covered with patterned paper. I cut the leaves from the same paper using a template. The paper is double-sided cardstock paper from K & Company. The leaves got ruffled and inked a bit to make them look real. Well, as real as a patterned paper leaf gets. The acorns are the pièce de résistance, though! The meaty part is cut from rusty metal mesh. The hat part is cut from a piece of gold embossed paper. They are really cool.
